Just a little taste: Embirico, Tartufo, Brie (Ile de France), Verhampshire, Gruyere, Gran Queso, Vignola's House made mostarda, Rutherford & Meyer apricot and pear fruit paste, and Arnaud olives.
The main course: pizza margherita w/sun dried tomato, mozzarella & basil, pizza w/ Tartufo & prosciutto, pizza with collard greens & hot peppers, provalone and skim mozzarella.
