Fan Photo: Godspeed You! Canadian Cheesemaker

Culture Fan Photo 3-18-15

Each week we scan our Facebook and Twitter pages for photos submitted by our fans. For your chance to be featured on our blog and win an issue of the magazine, post a delicious, cheesy image to facebook.com/culturecheesemag or twitter.com/culturecheese tagged with #culturefanphoto. (Open to US residents only.)

Congrats to this week’s #culturefanphoto winner, Ian T.! We’ve always been big fans of individual cheese pioneers, working in tiny kitchens to coagulate milk into homemade treasures. While technically our contest is limited to US residents, this handcrafted Appenzeller-style cheese made in (Oh) Canada pulls so strongly at our heartstrings and our stomachs that we had to give it a shout-out. Great job, Ian! The rest of y’all can check out the whole make-process over at Ian’s blog, Much To Do About Cheese.

Godspeed you, Canadian cheesemaker, and look for your free issue in the mail!
