Why You Should Try Baetje Farms Bloomsdale

Haven’t heard of Bloomsdale from Missouri’s Baetje Farms? Well, it’s high time you do. The ash-ripened goat’s milk pyramid is a must-try for any cheese lover (oh yeah, it’s also our spring centerfold!), and we’re not the only ones talking about it — Bloomsdale has won a Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards for three years straight! Check out the Kansas City Star writeup linked below if you want to learn about the cheese. To try Bloomsdale, purchase our centerfold package, which includes a pyramid of Bloomsdale and two expert-selected accompaniments.  If you really want to geek out over Bloomsdale and Baetje Farms, purchase our spring issue here.
