The Fork specializes in farm-to-table, which is why their classes begin with a tour of the farm. You’ll learn their history, meet the cows, understand The Fork's commitment to sustainability, and see how they create their farmstead cheeses – right on the Giacomini Dairy. Back inside The Fork, you’ll be guided through a tasting of cheeses, including Point Reyes Original Blue and Toma. (Be prepared to try some not-yet-released goodies, too.)

Back in The Fork, sit back and enjoy a cold one as Homebrew Chef Sean Paxton leads you through a demonstration-style class focusing on four delicious courses all made with - and paired with - beer. Sean will pass along his extensive knowledge of using beer as a staple ingredient in your culinary repertoire – in savory to sweet items. Each course will be specifically paired with Sean’s favorite local brews.
