Learn how to make cheddar from start to finish with this class from Hawthorne Valley Farm's cheesemaker, Peter Kindel. From milk to curd, you’ll learn the steps to producing your own beautiful, homemade batch of cheese, followed by a discussion and tasting of some of the best cheddars available.
