50 Shades of Ham and Cheese
After attending an event with celebrity chef Joanne Weir, writer Anneli Rufus started thinking about all the dishes that could be made with a combination of ham and cheese. The thought inspired her to create an unusual cocktail that combines the best of the bar with prosciutto and cheddar.
Here is my latest creation, a ham-and-cheese cocktail that I can't decide whether to call a Manhamtan, a Cheesy Mary or a Hamlet…And yes, it is perfectly drinkable, sort of like a liquid quiche.
