There doesn't seem to be a ton written about the Cheesy Burger, other than that it's a returning offering -- pictures online dating to 2011 suggest that it made its first appearance that year.

We did, however, find a review written by a blogger from the site Sanduich. Translated from Spanish, the author writes that the offering is "almost the perfect burger" and that people at least "have to try it once in their life."
