Have Your Beer, and Ice Cream Too!
Ice cream and beer may not sound like a winning combination, but when mixed together, their union opens up a whole new world of flavors. Jeni Britton Bauer, the founder of Jeni's Spendid Ice Creams in Columbus, Ohio is jumping on the boozy bandwagon.
"Think ice cream made with Belgian-style Tripel ale and apricot jam; a three-hops ice cream with chunks of upside-down cake baked with candied pineapple, tangerine zest and hop leaves; or a scoop of vanilla floated in a creamy milk stout."
