Ever wonder what goes on behind the counter of a food truck? This mini-documentary on Gourmelt, a gourmet grilled cheese truck in Reno, NV, sheds some light on the sometimes difficult process that is running a food truck full-time.

This short documentary follows the adventures of Haley and Jessie, owners of Gourmelt, as they serve lunch to the hungry folks of Reno. As we see the week pass we get a glimpse of the hard work that goes into running a kitchen on wheels.

This was filmed in the summer of 2011 just a few months after they began their rounds on the streets of Reno, Nevada by Jason Spencer.
