Blueberry Pomegranate Sparkler

Blueberry Pomegranate Sparkler

This festive cocktail is perfect for the holidays, or anytime you need a dose of celebration. Its relatively low alcohol content also makes it ideal for long-winded parties.

Ingredients

  • ounces blueberry-pomegranate juice
  • 1 dash bitters
  • ounces prosecco chilled
  • Pomegranate arils to garnish

Instructions

  • Combine juice and bitters in a champagne flute and stir gently. Top with prosecco and stir gently again. Drop in several pomegranate arils to garnish.

Notes

TRY IT WITH: A mold-ripened goat cheese. This fizzy, fruit-forward drink amps up the citrus notes found in goat’s milk, and the lovely, rich cream line of mold-ripened cheeses is easily cut by prosecco’s extreme effervescence. We love Vermont Creamery Bonne Bouche—the older, the better.
