Festive BelGioioso Sharp Provolone Antipasto
Simple and quick to make, this antipasto course will be an instant favorite at holiday meals. The strong flavors of sharp provolone, briny olives, bright citrus, and woodsy rosemary will please any palate.
  1. 1 wedge BelGioioso Sharp Provolone cheese, cut into cubes
  2. 1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
  3. 1/2 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  4. 1 cup queen olives
  5. 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  6. 4 garlic cloves
  7. 2 sprigs rosemary
  8. 4 sprigs thyme
  9. 1/4 cup olive oil
  10. 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  11. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  12. Juice of 1 orange
  13. Pinch of salt
  14. Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Allow ingredients to marinate for 1 day for the best flavor.
