Kryssos Feta Greek Nachos
Taste the Mediterranean on crisp pita chips topped with Kryssos Feta. This recipe comes together quickly and can be customized using your favorite Greek ingredients for toppings.
    1. 8 whole wheat pita rounds
    2. Olive oil, for drizzling
    3. Kosher salt, to taste
    4. Ground black pepper, to taste
    1. 6 ounces plain yogurt
    2. 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
    3. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
    4. 1½ teaspoon olive oil
    5. Kosher salt, to taste

    1. 6 to 8 ounces Kryssos Feta Block, crumbled
    2. 1 red bell pepper, diced
    3. ¼ cup Kryssos Kalamata olives, sliced
    4. ½ cucumber, chopped
    5. ¼ cup diced red onion
    6. 4 ounces Kryssos Roasted Red Tomatoes, chopped
    7. Red pepper flakes, to taste
    8. 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped
      1. Heat oven to 400°F. Separate each pita round into two pieces by slicing around the edge and through the middle of the pita pocket. Cut each pita half into 4 to 6 triangles depending on desired chip size.
      2. Place pita wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer (you might need to bake more than one batch). Lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
      1. While pita chips are baking, combine all ingredients for dressing in a medium bowl.
      1. Plate pita chips and add desired toppings. Drizzle with mint dressing.
      1. Store-bought pita chips can be substituted for homemade pita chips.
