Litehouse Gorgonzola, Grape, and Honey Crostini
Litehouse Gorgonzola, Grape, and Honey Crostini are an easy appetizer done in less than twenty minutes.
  1. 1 baguette
  2. ½ cup Simply Artisan Reserve Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
  3. 1 cup quartered red grapes
  4. ¼ cup honey
  1. Heat oven to 450°. Slice the baguette into twenty ½-inch slices. Spread over a baking sheet and bake for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Divide the Gorgonzola crumbles between the baguette slices and return to the oven for another 3 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.
  3. Divide the one-cup of sliced grapes evenly between the crostini. Drizzle with honey and serve while still warm.
