Ingredients
  1. 6 slices of bread (try country loaf bread or sourdough)
  2. 4 ounces Montchevre fresh goat cheese
  3. 2 avocados, sliced
  4. ½ lemon, juiced
  5. 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  6. Microgreens, for garnish
  7. Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
  8. Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Toast bread.
  2. Combine avocados, goat cheese, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spread on toast and top with radishes, microgreens, and pomegranate seeds. Season with salt to taste.
