  1. 4 oz. Montchevré Apricot and Sage Goat Cheese Crumbles
  2. 2 pears
  3. 1 tsp. butter
  4. ¼ cup Pistachios
  5. 2 tsp. honey
  6. 3 pieces of phyllo dough
  7. 4 tsp. melted butter
  8. Honey for drizzling
