For this beautiful yet totally achievable cheese board, we were inspired first by color. Reds, greens, and gold tones play nicely off the snowy chèvre, and allude to this season of holiday cheer. Crunch was a necessity, which is how we landed on earthy beet chips and hearty rosemary-raisin crackers. Basque peppers provided a little kick, and apricot preserves smoothed things out with a sweet nectar note.
