Ingredients
  

  • .75 ounces GlenDronach 12
  • .5 ounce Cynar
  • 1 barspoon allspice dram
  • 1.5 ounce fresh carrot juice
  • .5 ounce fresh orange juice
  • .5 oz maple syrup
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake well, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with rolled carrot peel.
