Ingredients

Black Cap Vodka

ounce
Winter & Rothman’s Apricot
¼
ounce
Yellow Chartreuse
½
ounce
lemon juice
4
dashes Owl and Whale persimmon bitters
Prosecco
Dried apricot sliced to fit onto rim of glass
Instructions
Shake first five ingredients over ice.
Strain into champagne flute.
Top with prosecco and garnish with dried apricot.
