Mango Breakfast Smoothies

These smoothies are a nutritious and tasty way to start the day, or can be substituted for a mango lassi with dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fat free Greek-style yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with ripe mango, kiwi, or strawberry.
