Cantaloupe and Brie Grilled Cheese


There are only a few precious weeks left of Grilled Cheese Month — let’s make ‘em count. For the perfect balance of sweet and savory, try out this Cantaloupe and Brie grilled cheese that’s sprinkled with some fresh thyme. We’re all over the author’s suggestion to add prosciutto here — there are very few things that prosciutto doesn’t improve.

It’s a personal favorite: Cantaloupe and Brie Grilled Cheese. I love brie, and brie with cantaloupe is really awesome. If you want to get really crazy, I would add some prosciutto. So with all these Grilled Cheese situations we have been posting I kind of want to throw a grilled cheese party.
