Pimento Grilled Cheese + Fried Pickles


We’ve posted our fair share of pimento cheese grilled cheeses here on the culture website, but we’ve never seen one like this! Crispy, sour fried pickles provide delicious textural contrast to creamy, spicy pimento cheese, and it’s all warmed between two pieces of buttery bread. When I’m eating this sandwich, it’s hard to think about anything but to breathe. If I could miraculously quit breathing so I could fit more bites in my mouth, I would.  So dang good.
