Blueberry Pizza with Whipped Ricotta and Caramelized Shallots


It’s dessert pizza! Or a sweet main course! Summer pizza! Call it whatever you want, but you should probably make this soon, before the fresh blueberries disappear.

I added the blueberries. A little thyme. Some of my own cheese, i.e. copious amounts of EXTRA cheese.

Ate my face off.
