Sourdough Grilled Cheese with Roasted Poblanos, Smoked Cheddar, and Curried Brown Butter

Smoky flavors, melty cheese, crispy bread…and a kick of spice. Beautiful.

Even though this recipe is ridiculously easy, it’s all the random flavors that totally MAKE it. Roasted peppers, smoked cheese, curried butter. Roasty, smoky, curry. I’m just gonna walk around saying that all day long. The combination is delicious. And no, I can’t find another word for delicious right now. It’s the most perfect description.
