Mango Breakfast Smoothies

Mango Breakfast Smoothies
Serves 2
These smoothies are a nutritious and tasty way to start the day, or can be substituted for a mango lassi with dinner.
  1. 16 ounces frozen mango
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. 1 cup fat free Greek-style yogurt
  4. ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with ripe mango, kiwi, or strawberry.
