Yogurt Dipping Sauce
Chef Charlie Redd takes yogurt in a savory direction for this dipping sauce. Try improvising—if you have parsley or mint that needs to be used, chop it up and throw it into this versatile dip.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 cup whole-milk yogurt
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Pinch hot pepper flakes
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
- Add garlic, yogurt, and cilantro to a small bowl and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
