Yogurt Dipping Sauce
Chef Charlie Redd takes yogurt in a savory direction for this dipping sauce. Try improvising—if you have parsley or mint that needs to be used, chop it up and throw it into this versatile dip.

Makes 1 cup
  1. 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  2. 1 cup whole-milk yogurt
  3. ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves
  4. Kosher salt, to taste
  5. Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  6. Pinch hot pepper flakes
  7. Sesame seeds, to garnish
  1. Add garlic, yogurt, and cilantro to a small bowl and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
