Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Charlie Redd
Chef Charlie Redd takes yogurt in a savory direction for this dipping sauce. Try improvising—if you have parsley or mint that needs to be used, chop it up and throw it into this versatile dip.

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 1 cup whole-milk yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Pinch hot pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

  • Add garlic, yogurt, and cilantro to a small bowl and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
