Spring is just around the corner, and that calls for fresh veggies (and cheese, of course). Take a cue from this week’s fan photo winner Brian C. of Connecticut’s Mystic Cheese Company and whip up your own flatbread creation. He made his with asparagus, Mystic Cheese Melinda Mae (named for a Shel Silverstein poem), dill, and a touch of Cask 8 Balsamic Vinegar. Congrats Brian!
