Cucumber-Rosemary Gin & Q Tonic

Cucumber-Rosemary Gin & Q Tonic

Becca Haley-Park
This spin on the classic G&T is not for the faint of heart, but lovers of the bold spirit will relish the extra kick of rosemary, and how it plays with the cooling effects of the cucumber and effervescent tonic water. If you prefer something less intense, skip the rosemary and swap Hendrick's for Bombay Sapphire.
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Hendrick's Gin
  • 4 ounces Q Tonic
  • Juice of a lime wedge
  • 6 slices cucumber
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  • Muddle 3 slices of cucumber with 1 ounce of gin, 1 sprig of rosemary, and the lime juice in a glass. Strain into a second glass, and top with the rest of the gin, tonic, and cucumber slices. Garnish with the remaining spring of rosemary. Enjoy poolside, in the garden, or wherever you need to take the edge off a hot day.
