John fell in love with cheese when working for Cashel Blue (Ireland’s original farmhouse blue cheese) in Australia. Since then he has worked in La Fromagerie’s flagship Cheese Room in Marylebone and now heads up their marketing team. La Fromagerie was founded by Patricia Michelson in 1992; now with three distinct shops in London, a successful wholesale business and online mail-order available throughout the UK.
