This week’s fan photo winner is Donna C., who shared her gooey pic of cheesy toast. She topped a perfectly browned piece of bread with Vermont Creamery’s Bijou, a French-style goat’s milk cheese with a Geotrichum candidum rind. The tiny rounds are as cute as they are delicious, and we can’t argue with Donna’s simple preparation, which is perfect for a light lunch or warm snack.
