ACS Seeks Volunteers for Annual Conference

It’s time to start getting excited about the American Cheese Society Annual Conference, aka CHEESE CAMP! Scheduled for July 18-21 in Des Moines Iowa, the 2023 conference celebrates 40 Years of Cheese. Seminars include an Artisan Cheese Food Safety Workshop; Mexican Cheese: Tales and Science; and The Complex World of Coagulants. And of course there’s a Des Moines Cheese Crawl, Meet the Cheesemaker, and Midnight Mongers (better start rehearsing for your star turn at the mic now!) Register here, and then get a jump on booking a hotel room here.

If you’re new to ACS or the Conference, you may want to consider volunteering. Shifts are open for Receiving, Session Room Monitor, Meet the Cheesemaker Set Up, Bookstore and more from Monday, July 17 through Friday, July 21. Sign up for shifts here.

We can’t wait to see you in Des Moines!
