Our Favorite Summer Fancy Food Show Finds

Stock up on these cheeses and accompaniments.

This year’s Summer Fancy Food Show showcased the latest and greatest in cheese and charcuterie while showing off what’s trending. (Ramen mac and cheese, anyone?!) Keep scrolling to discover what the culture team couldn’t stop noshing on.

TCHO Chocolate

The flavor options of these chocolates are unexpected and bold. We loved Perfect Matcha: a matcha-infused white chocolate with a strawberry filling.

Singing Pastures Juicy Pineapple Pork Sticks

These sweet and savory pork sticks make for an excellent road trip snack (when paired with cheese, of course). We love that there are actual chunks of pineapple in the mix.

PHILOSYKOS Sun-Dried Kymi Figs

These are not your grandmother’s grocery store figs. Instead, these sun-dried Kymi figs are packed with sweet Mediterranean flavor in each tender bite.

Fromager d’Affinois Mini d’Affinois

Could this be the cutest cheese on the market? Each individually wrapped square offers a small dose of French delight.

BelGioioso Marinated Crumbles + More

BelGioioso is hitting innovation hard to the benefit of cheese lovers everywhere. The new flavored crumbles are noteworthy, with the Basil & Garlic flavor lending itself to pesto-inspired summer snacking. However, there’s just too much to choose from: rich mascarpone cheese tubs in vanilla and chocolate, smoked fresh mozzarella, queso Oaxaca string cheese … you get the picture.

Südtirol Sparkling Rocco

This nonalcoholic cider is gaining popularity in Europe for good reason: its unparalleled and award-winning taste. In fact, Sparkling Rocco won a gold medal at the 2026 Cider World show in Germany.

L’Apero Frenchi

You’ll have to take a trip across the pond to get these French goat cheese balls stuffed with a fig-flavored center, but they were too good not to mention.

C’est Si Bon Pikliz

This spicy Haitian condiment is the pickled food you didn’t know you needed in your life. C’est Si Bon makes it two ways: spicy and mild. Spicy has a lot of kick but we love the idea of pairing it with a creamy, cooling cheese. Overall: Get it for your cheese board ASAP.

Otoki Cheesy Ramen

We’re calling it: Cheesy Ramen is the new macaroni and cheese. The long noodles coated in cheese make for a satisfying chewy bite and presentation; plus, there are plenty of flavors to choose from, ranging from Spicy Chili & Cheddar to oh-so-creamy Cheddar & Mascarpone (our personal favorite).

Perrystead Dairy Daybreak Blackseed

This cheese reminded us of stracchino due to its springiness; plus, the inclusion of nigella seeds is a wonderful (and tasty) textural choice.

Fermin Iberico Coppa

This juicy bright red charcuterie hailing from Spain would make a delicious statement on any grazing table.
