Michael and Charlie got their start in agriculture in California’s wine country before setting out to make cheese on over a dozen dairy farms across France, Switzerland and Italy. The twins have worked for some of Europe's finest artisan cheese makers and affineurs (professional cheese agers), including Mons, Luigi Guffanti, and Cellars of Jasper Hill. In a surprise upset, Michael and Charlie along with their college buddy, Bryce Adams, won Season 7 of Food Network's Great Food Truck Race. The twins also made the finals on Food Network’s Chopped (“S30Ep05: Twins for the Win) and can be found emceeing cheese competitions like the World Championship Cheese Contest. Today, they are international consultants, contributing writers, and active members of the American Cheese Society.
