On June 16, the Italian Trade Agency of New York, in collaboration with Culture Media, welcomed food industry professionals to Real Italian Cheese, Please—a full day of tasting, learning, and celebrating the craftsmanship behind authentic Italian cheeses.
Presenters Thomas and Vanessa Kalb of Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery and Marnie and Lydia Clarke of Claremont Cheese Cave and Kippered guided attendees through the traditions, production methods, merchandising strategies, and culinary applications of 13 Made in Italy cheeses, sparking thoughtful conversation and plenty of delicious discoveries along the way.
