This week’s fan photo winner is Tabitha S. from Santa Cruz, California, who wowed us with her picture of creamy Gervais topped with a thyme blossom. The cheese was certainly made with love—and an artistic eye! Typically made with heavy cream and milk, Tabitha showed us a mixed-milk version of the soft French cheese.
