This week’s fan photo winner is Chelsea F., who shared her creamy pic of beautiful burrata paired with grilled peaches. The Rogue Creamery cheese, cleverly titled Roguatta, certainly reminds us of summer, but a dish like this would make a perfect appetizer or dessert year-round: Simply swap fall’s persimmons or pears for summer’s peaches.
