Pink Goat Cheese Hearts for Valentine’s Da

chevre shaped into hearts and dyed pink with fruit

Shredded beets are used to festively stain chevre in this recipe, and a simple cookie cutter shapes them into adorable symbols of affection. Joy the Baker uses the hearts to top a salad, but we say BORING, and challenge you to find another use for them! A topping for toast? Paired with Sauvignon Blanc? It’s up to you!

A little bowl of hot water will help to clean the cookie cutter as the hearts are shaped and help to tame any oddly shaped hearts.

I’m not sure if I want to pat myself on the back or kick myself in the shin for making heart-shaped cheese.
