Chicken, Balsamic, Blue Cheese, and Caramelized Onion Flatbread


Blue cheese and caramelized onions are a heavenly, savory pairing, and we can only imagine their greatness on a flatbread, amplified by tangy balsamic vinegar, and complemented by protein-rich chicken. This looks like dinner to us. How about you?

Since I’m no longer wearing my bistro apron and black tie and CPK name tag, I figured I’d share this with you instead. Yes, it takes a few minutes to throw together but it’s more than worth it. I planned on making it for dinner last night, but it never got beyond the photo session as we snacked on every last piece. So, you could totally make it for this weekend’s Super Bowl but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t last that long.
