Cheez-It Opens a Limited Time Diner in the Catskills

The Cheez-In Diner in Woodstock, New York

Get in loser, we’re going to the Cheez-In.

Last year, Cheez-It fans were thrilled by the quirky Cheez-It Stop in Joshua Tree, where a gas station dispensed the classic cheese cracker straight out of a gas pump. This summer, Cheez-It has taken the concept even further with the grand opening of the Cheez-In Diner in Woodstock, NY.

Just a two-hour drive from New York City, the Cheez-In Diner is nestled among the scenic byways of the Catskill Mountains, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience that promises to satisfy both your taste buds and your sense of adventure.

Cheez-It has transformed an abandoned restaurant into a retro diner with a Cheez-It infused menu, cheesy vintage decor, and interactive activities. Visitors will have the opportunity to try American diner classics with an absurd Cheez-It twist, including:

  • Deluxe Cheez-It Milkshake: A creamy vanilla shake blended with Cheez-It crackers, topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It cracker.
  • Cheez-It Fries: Crispy fries tossed in ground Cheez-It crackers, available in Original, White Cheddar, or Hot & Spicy seasoning—and optional melted pimento cheese sauce.
  • Cheezy Chicky Tendies: Chicken tenders breaded in Cheez-It crackers, served with hot honey or Hidden Valley Cheezy Ranch dipping sauce.
  • Cheez-It Biscu-it: A hearty biscuit layered with Cheez-It crackers, served with honey butter.

Aside from the Cheez-It infused menu, the Cheez-In also features a Cheez-It Jukebox—which plays retro jams in exchange for crackers, a tiny print vending machine filled with Inciardi Prints, and a Cheez-It Taste-It station where you can sample rare Cheez-It flavors and create your own cracker blends for free.

The Cheez-In Diner will only be only open for one week, from May 20 to May 26, so you better plan your trip soon. The diner, located at 261 Tinker Street in Woodstock, NY, is open from 4-9 p.m., but will stay open till midnight on Friday to Sunday to make your late night snack dreams come true.
