Katherine G., this week’s lucky fan photo winner, has upped the sandwich ante with her fancy grilled cheese. Made with homemade wheat sourdough bread, Cherry Grove Farm’s Buttercup Brie, prosciutto, Terhune Orchards’ Stayman-Winesap apples, and Fulper Family Farms’ ricotta, we were impressed with her creamy, salty, and sweet pairing. Elevating grilled cheese to a delicious dish worthy of praise and refined enough to serve to guests, Katherine G. definitely earned a top spot on our blog this week.
