The Beemster Cows Hit the Field

Each year, the Beemster cows are released from the barn at the end of winter, and well — they behave just like humans cooped up all winter do! Watch the video of the cows frolicking in the field below, and save it on your desktop every time you need a warm and fuzzy mood booster. Oh, and that milk flavored with the first nibblings of fresh spring grass? It’s used to make Graskaas, one of Beemster’s creamiest cheeses.
