Griddled Steak Burgers with Jarlsberg + Sautéed Onions


Longing for summer? Us too. Luckily this burger recipe is one that can be moved indoors (specifically, to a griddle on your stove), and with melty Jarlsberg, sweet, caramelized onions, and a juicy patty, you’ll forget why you were complaining about snow in the first place. Find the recipe below.

This steak burger is topped with ouber gooey Jarlsberg cheese, sautéed onions, drizzled with homemade steak sauce and all of this is sandwiched in the middle of a toasty pretzel bun. It’s a beefcake of a burger and I’m not ashamed to admit that I ate it all.
