“Smells bad. Tastes good.” That’s one seven-year-old’s take on blue cheese, and we’re betting he will have many more opinions on different cheese styles soon. Why’s that? His family recently decided to add a cheese course to their weeknight meals (awesome, right?). The idea all started with a joke referencing The Lego Movie — find out how below.
