Not News: Grilled Cheese Lovers Are Awesome(r)

Skout survey says 86% of us love grilled cheese

This past Sunday, April 12th, was National Grilled Cheese Day, and the folks at the dating social networking site Skout celebrated by telling us grilled-cheese lovers just how awesome we are. No, for real though. It’s basically (very loosely) scientifically proven. Skout surveyed 4,600 would-be daters about their preferences for adventure, their penchant for generosity, and their tendencies in the bedroom, and found some interesting correlations between those who love grilled cheese sandwiches and those who don’t. (Apparently there are people who don’t like grilled cheese. We know. We’re surprised, too.)

According to Skout’s infographic below, eighty-six percent of us agree that the best thing since sliced bread is putting cheese between it. Eighty-four percent of those who love grilled cheese sandwiches love to travel, compared with only seventy-eight percent of those who don’t care for the sandwich. According to the survey, grilled cheese-lovers are also more charitable than non-grilled cheese-lovers. And, thirty-two percent of people surveyed who love grilled cheese said that they have sex at least six times a month versus only twenty-seven percent of those who don’t like grilled cheese.
