A Hearty, Healthy Salad with Grana Padano


Pear, Grana Padano, & Prosciutto di San Daniele Salad
Serves 1
Ingredients
  1. 6 slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele
  2. 1 pear
  3. 2 tbsp of Grana Padano (grated)
  4. 6-8 shavings of Grana Padano
  5. 6 tablespoons of apple balsamic vinegar
  6. 4 tablespoons olive oil
  7. Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele on a plate.
  2. Peel, core and slice the pear and place on the prosciutto, topping it with the grated Grana Padano. Reduce the apple balsamic vinegar by 1/3 and whilst still warm add the same quantity of olive oil and stir.
  3. Drizzle over the Prosciutto di San Daniele and pear and top with shavings of Grana Padano.
