Président Feta Crumbles and Compressed Melon Salad
Made in the European tradition, Président Feta Crumbles adds the perfect tangy zip to this summer melon salad.
Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 watermelon
- 1 cantaloupe
- Saba vinegar for drizzling
- Pistachio oil for drizzling
- 1 package Président Feta Crumbles
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- 4 whole mint leaves
- 4 small whole basil leaves
Instructions
- Cut melons into 2-inch cubes. Compress melon cubes in a vacuum-sealed bag and marinate for 24 hours.
- Open bag and divide melon cubes evenly among 4 plates. Drizzle with saba vinegar and pistachio oil. Top with feta crumbles and garnish with pistachios, mint, and basil.
