The program which has been named “Distinctly Deliciously European” emphasizes the importance of quality, authenticity and tradition.
About Grana Padano PDO cheese:
Grana Padano is made in Northern Italy, from raw, semi-skimmed cow’s milk. After 9 months of aging, each wheel is carefully tested for appearance, aroma and texture. Only the best wheels receive the fire-branded logo officially grading them GRANA PADANO PDO cheese.
About Prosciutto di Parma PDO:
Prosciutto di Parma PDO is a 100% natural product and has no additives. Its all-natural aging process creates a variation in flavor profiles and textures, from mild and nutty to mature and full- flavored making it a great addition to pizza, salads and more.
