Congrats to this week’s fan photo winner, Cloud Valley Cashmere Farm! They posted their beautiful pic of luscious cheese with the caption, “chèvre from our kitchen.” Though the Colorado farm raises goats for their cashmere undercoat, it looks like they’re making good use of the milk, too!
