Crunchy edges, golden brown outside, fluffy inside—I’m surprised it took so long for this food to become the It thing. Cheese toast is a variation, and wonderfully versatile. You can mix up the cheese blends, bread types, and even invite other flavors to the party. (Avocado anyone?) The best part is, all you need is a toaster, so you can whip up these bad boys at work, at home, virtually anywhere!
