Burrata and Stone Fruit Salad

Heavenly burrata cheese meets cool peaches and cherries, along with a dash of balsamic vinegar, to create a this hybrid of caprese and panzanella salads.

If you’ve never had burrata, many call it the dreamy, creamy cousin to mozzarella, which I found to be quite fitting. My first experience with burrata caused me to instantly fall in love with this unbelievably velvety cheese.
